MANIC EPISODE: Reflecting on my 4 year anniversary of my first manic episode

In this video I discuss and reflect on the four year anniversary of my first manic episode back in 2017. Although that time still haunts me to this day… I’ve come a very long way and I’m very happy that I’m in a healthy and wonderful place. I’m so blessed to have my daughter and my health.
