At first, I thought this game was horrible. Almost sealed it up and mailed it back to Gamefly. I decided to push through though, and once I got cruising around the map, I got hooked. I love this game. Sure there are issues, and I think the graphics could be a bit crisper for a Series X game, but it's fun enough to look passed all that.
Im so conflicted on wether i want this game or not, some parts look amazing but other parts jsut look copy and pasted from other saints games

There is some stuff here and there I'm not fond of but I can look over and can't wait to get a some what serious Saints Row game but also not afraid of showing humour as well
Literally half the comments in every video of Saints Row reboot love the wackiness saints row became and the other half (4 installments after part 2) are still ranting about how it’s not like part two😂

is the wing suit easy to control
From what i see and hear its a bit stiff feeling at first but just for the adjusting phase, then it's supposedly pretty fluid. I like how much more forgiving the momentum you maintain after takeoff is than just cause 3 and 4 but im curious to see how effective the divebombing is for recovering speed once gone. Regardless I'm excited to be gliding over the cities/towns in the game dressed like a dorky vigilante or with my Free Guy ryan reynolds i made. I've been waiting a long time for this game to happen

Idols seem to bec similar to Deckers but more annoying. The hacking/technology atuff has been there since the third game as well. I miss Kinzie. She would wreck the Idols.
This will get me to play saints row even more than ever I'm playing saints row 3 til this comes out 100% and everything idk about the collectables but I'll definitely have all the side missions done like trafficking,escort etc

In the IGN preview they talked ab the story, and they were quite positive ab that since they have lot of serious moments.

yeah tbh it would be really stupid to have wingsuits and yet not have parachutes lol
@@blakbear6528 i like the peace of parachuting. Plus its precision. If I jump off a building and wanna land in a spot straight down i would hate to have to wingsuit and circle back around to the spot again
If there isn't parachutes, they made this game so they could add stuff via their season pass
@@blakbear6528 hopefully it's done similarly how Just Cause 3-4 did it, I've been playing the latter as of late and I'm having a blast...no pun intended

I never used cheats in saints row, so it doesn't really bothers me if there's no cheats

Then people would complain its a watered down GTA or just not GTA at all. Let them be a unique series for once that doesn't need to once try and be like GTA but saints row on its own.
I recognize more of what 3&4 was than 1&2 which had a hard time trying to figure out what it was half the time. I'm glad they are making a fun game first rather be like every other open world game ever with being so serious and gritty. It's repetitive.

I do too miss part one and two and I really like those games a lot but I definitely realized that they had to change it with three and four so they can have a unique identity instead of being called a clone so I absolutely understand why they changed their direction.

99% of the time most people who even have a current gen console don't have a 120 fps tv/monitor or don't even care. Nobody cares, as long the games run at least 60 fps then it's fine.

I don't think the game looks great in particular either, however the timing is perfect. nothing else in that release calendar window, well before the Fall big releases. It should bring in decent sales #'s
