You have lost more customers and caused more damage than anyone ever thought it possible. YOU have ruined the brand, lost the good will and the trust of the employees. When British Gas collapses, as I’m sure it will, it’ll be YOU that caused it. Not a “Kodak” moment. It will be down to you and Fire and Rehire! Customers waiting seven weeks for a visit. Well done!
can you tell me if the office staff are having a pay cut and have to work longer hours for free in a nice warm office and a nice chair to sit on? or do they have to push more buttons?
Office staff have had changes to their terms and conditions. I know for long term staff that was a pay cut but for the majority it actually worked out better. They didn’t have to increase hours but they did have a cut in holidays.
It shouldn't be us and them between the engineers and staff. That's exactly what O'Shea and Net Net Bateman was hoping for. It's a pity people bottled it and signed, because if everyone had held the line it would have been the STL out on their ear. That would have been a win for the customers and employees. Genuine guy, I’m an ordinary householder who had an issue with my bills, he actually acknowledged my email and his team listened and responded. I don’t expect any one or any organisation to be perfect, no one is, but the willingness to resolve issues satisfactorily is paramount and that’s what he and his team demonstrated to a nobody like me. I appreciate that.
