I am using Xiaomi phones since 2015 and I have used almost 5 different types of Mi phones. It's always a true budget phone full of high specifications. The service quality is not that good but now a days Xiaomi has improved it's service. So as a Xiaomi customer I am highly satisfied with the Mi phones.

Xaomi is launching too many mid-budget phones in the Indian market which is gradually increasing the confusion in the consumers about which phone to buy and which not. So, according to my opinion they should work like samsung. They should launch a flagship phone series introduce the flagship phone in the market (like mi 8) and simultaneously launch it every yr with some modifications, in sideways they can launch the midrange phones like samsung does.

Xiaomi is an excellent brand .. ye wahi brand hai jisne samsung, oppo, vivo in jaise brand ki monopoly khtm ki hai budget segment mein..
The only thing I think xiaomi is lacking is in its after sales service they need to work on that.
No doubt Xiaomi has improved a lot on service front. They have opened their offline stores and service centres in every nook and corner of country. The only problems with Xiaomi are availability of new models and outdated design philosophy.
