A little Laurie Magic has certainly gone along way this evening for me! This really was an absolute delight to watch, firstly for the amazing visuals - the light against the Incense smoke was mesmerising, but more importantly to slow things down and set the mood for a good night’s sleep. The lights were as always, such an incredibly effective trigger for me. The gentle movement of them across the screen certainly caught my attention and at the same time any stress still within me seemed to melt away as I gradually slipped into a totally relaxed state - the ‘alternative’ light house was particularly appreciated. At the same time I enjoyed some wonderfully tingly moments courtesy of the light show that unfolded in front of my eyes. Thank you so much for taking the time to create this evening’s totally engaging video and for hosting the chat, something I so appreciate. Wishing you well for the rest of the week. 🙂💜
