Hi my name is Renee, a full time #vanlifer , working on my second year of vanlife living this lifestyle and wanted to be for years, a great deal of planning went into getting ready for it. With a lot of help along the way. Living a simple life with my cat Jake seemed a dream. The dream of this simple life and all my hopes that I have it all figured out. I don’t say this too loud as I still have much to figure out. We will give you a glimpse into van projects, nature, crafts, painting and so much more along this journey. I am always excited to learn a new skills. Showing you real life in its glory, the mistakes, the mishaps and adventures we plan to go on.
The Story Began Long Ago
I grew up in a small Alpine town of Revelstoke British Columbia, where I learned to appreciate the outdoors camping, hiking and camaraderie of that. Also spending over 12 years oversea working in humanitarian work has prepared me more than I can say. I am generally a creative soul who loves to express that in many forms, whether figuring life out for myself or helping someone along the way. These things drive me to live life as full as possible. Everyday is a chance to grow in some way. This human has much more to learn.
We live in a 2006 E-250 Ford extended box #van-conversion living space. This older van has over 360,000km on it. Still running strong.
Being a UA-cam creator does not come naturally for me but over time I soon will be good at it.
Please come along with me on our journey into the unknown, experiences I still have to learn.

It is wonderful to see the plants shaking in the wind. It is advisable to play games sometimes, it takes the mind off things.
The blue insect is amazing and the flowers too. The lake is beautiful and the trees on the shores too. 💙💚 The chipmunk is a pleasant surprise. This is a lovely video, Renee. Say hello to Jake.

wow those are real turtles right, ive never seen that, can you swim their, maybe not warm enough yet , nice...
I am sure you can swim in this lake , but for me has to be a bit warmer. It was so fun to see those turtle sun bathing.🚐🐝🐈⬛😊❤️
Great video. Really liked seeing the couple campgrounds especially that one that doesn’t have that many sites. I think that’s what it was. Might have to check that out. Loreen is quite the games player. I really enjoyed playing with her as well. Would love to come and visit, however, I’m not too keen on the heat . I hope to have time in mid July and August to do some traveling, but I always worry about the heat. I prefer the fall in the spring. I hope you’re doing well.❤
Thank you Pricilla. Burnell Lake Rec Site is sweet you would just love it. The heat is not nice, I have a hard time with it as well. Well maybe we can meet up and go up a mountain some where. I am doing well. Start my meds this coming Thursday.

When I saw you sitting in the grass at Burnell Lake, I didn't realize you were recording. Great clip! It was so fabulous camping with you, Renee... and getting me out of my comfort zone driving up to Burnell!🫂
I so enjoyed this trip with you as well. It was awesome once we got to Burnell Lake. So glad we didn’t meet anyone going up or coming down. We will definitely have to do this again friend.🚐🐈⬛🐝😊❤️

How long can you stay at these sites, and are their many place in BC where you can stay without issue.
I'm trying to get over my fear of venturing out.

It’s best to go with a friend. 🚐🐈⬛😊🐝❤️ At a rec site you can stay 15 consecutive days. Be prepared to haul out your garbage.
