Chick On SportsBike Hits 139mph During High speed Chase

On 2/25/2024, I was sitting on the off-ramp from I-540 to Rogers Avenue. Trooper Ronald Elkins asked me for my location, and I informed him of where I was at. He stated that there was a red motorcycle headed southbound at 110MPH from the 6MM. I turned around and headed southbound. I observed the motorcycle moving at a high rate of speed, passing the Rogers Avenue Exit. I activated my emergency equipment and began trying to catch up to the motorcycle. I could see the rider splitting lanes in between traffic and maintaining a high rate of speed past the 9MM. I continued calling out the speed and their driving behavior; I caught up to the vehicle near the 11MM and observed the rider turn and look back at me. The rider then drove on the left shoulder and passed two vehicles accelerating away. At this time, I informed Troop H communications that I was in pursuit and began calling out traffic and speed conditions. We continued southbound on I-540 taking the 14MM exit and heading north on Hwy 271. I was not able to get any license plate information, but I was able to see that the rider was a female with long brown hair. She was wearing a blue and white jacket and a white helmet. I continued behind her and activated my front moving radar. She was at 136MPH and going into oncoming traffic. We continued northbound on Hwy 271 and she continued driving recklessly and turned left on R.S Boreham Jr Street where I lost sight of her, terminating the pursuit. I searched the area but was unable to locate her.
