Dylusions Shimmer paints, stamps, stencils and inksprays! A whimsical underwater scene!

- I used Dylusions big artjournal and sprayed my background in "After Midnight", "London Blue", "Fresh Lime" and "Pure Sunshine". I did an "ink sandwitch" to get a spred in the same colors. I cut circles out of my background and glued the paper behind together with the background.
For the fish, octopus, seawead and seashells I used a mix of ink in Tim Holts waterbrushes, a regular brush and inks sprayed on my surface and the Shimmer paints waterd down.
I used three stencils and stenciled in "Black Marbel", "Calypso Teal" and "Pure Sunshine" Shimmer Paints on to my background and made frames for some of the cut out circles and some where poped up. I glued all the seawead, seashells, fish, octopus arms and mini fishes and cut of anything hanging of the edge.
All the colors used:
inks prays - "After midnight", "Crushed Grapes", "London Blue", "Fresh Lime", "Pure Sunshine", "bubbelgum pink"
Shimmer paints: "Black Marbel", "Calypso Teal", "Pure Sunshine", "Fresh Lime" and " Bubbelgum Pink"

I love this! I found you through a search for Dylusions stencil videos... This is amazing! I previously had no interest in the stamp set with the Octopus arms because they seemed creepy to me but you made them look cool and the layout wouldn’t be the same without them. All your sea creatures are so colorful and beautiful. Thank you for teaching me and others how to use supplies with what you have. So many don't know that if you are a beginner. Oh I have to get the shimmer paints. They look yummy.
I knew they would be. Again, love how you diluted them some. Some people would not think to do that.
Or think to just use a paint brush to paint with the inks. LOVE Dyan's card stock. There is no cardstock better.

You don't give yourself enough credit. You have a wealth of crafting knowledge and such a creative mind like none I've seen before. Your knowledge of products and "how" you use them is so wonderful. I would love for your followers to go back and watch all your videos and see how you created with what you had when most were using dies and such to get the same effect but much easier. You are an amazing and gifted artist. My wish and hope for you one day is for someone to realize your talents not only in creating but also designing and grab you up. What a wonderful layout, there is so much to look at it's like visiting an aquarium. Last year I ordered a dylusions stamp set from Amazon and the vendor sent me the octopus / butterfly set instead of the one I ordered. That vendor was such a pain to deal with that in the end I just kept what they sent which is one I never would have ordered. Now I'm glad they made the mistake and happy to have the stamp set. The most supportive friends are the ones I "met" thru my chanel because they allredy get my style.
