A part of me wishes I’d got the A5 but I’m glad I got the B6 because I found your channel as a result. Everything you have said resonated so strongly with me. Especially having a chronic & having to remind myself that I am not lazy, I just have different energy levels on different days. I love goal setting, so having to scale back has been hard since getting ill.
That’s so kind of you to say 🥰 And I am glad this was helpful too. It’s hard to navigate when others are making a ton of goals this time of year. Finding what works for you is key. Thanks so much for sharing 💕
This makes so much sense to me! I have ADHD, in my 60’s. Significant head injury in 2017, depression, I am now the only sibling left of three) mild asthma, Type 2 diabetes (recently diagnosed), but at the same time I love to work - especially part-time! I very much resonate with your energy levels - brain spinning, stuck… this is perfect for me. Thank you so much for sharing!
I just came across your channel but I already feel like I can relate to you. I also have IBS (Colitis), and another autoimmune condition as well. I still have these almost no energy days but even when I know that I won't get anything "productive" done, I still attempt to :( The persistent feeling of being lazy is never far from my mind...
@ ❤️ thank you so much! I hope you are well also! You really lifted me with this video, I have been feeling guilty about not accomplishing some things.
Try to release the guilt, shoulds and comparisons. I like to say “I couldn’t have been done any sooner as my body didn’t have the energy and I don’t want to burn out.” It’s hard though. The time that it gets done is the time it was meant to. 💕

Flipping the SI goal page to accommodate the 8 Makse Life categories is genius!

❤ Katie, these videos about strategies are my favorite. I’ve been sick for over a month now and this video really helps!
Thank you! I hope you are feeling a bit better? Sending healing thoughts your way. 💕

@@MarissaGarza So glad to hear! You’re so welcome :)
Home de-cluttering is tough especially when your spouse doesn’t see progress because it’s not perfect - the most discouraging to me.
@@annettefertitta6868 that’s hard. Know that your viewpoint is valuable and you can see it happening. Small changes add up to big shifts. 💕
Where are those colorful sticky notes from?! 😍
So sorry! I forgot to put the link in the description. The links are there now. Thanks for pointing that out :)
