Hi Julie! I’ve never been on a cruise, scared I’d be sick the whole time. My husband can’t get near a boat, so no fun holidays for me. I love your slip over. So pretty. I’m working on two sweaters, two socks, and a cotton pullover! Trying to get these unfinished objects done! Happy knitting! Jennie in Vermont
Hi Jennie , thank you . Your going to be very busy , Iv just cast on some socks and loving them ( they are like instant gratification ) love a small project 😊

Awe Benji and Daisy are so cute! 🐶 lovely catching up with you today. The slip over looks gorgeous I can understand why you bought more yarn. I hope you have a wonderful time on your cruise, I went on a cruise stopping at some of those places and it was amazing! I did make the Colin socks after seeing it in your partner flip through. It was a fun pattern to do but you have to focus 😊
Hi Julie, just catching up with all my fave you tubes, your Whitmore is looking fab I really want to get some galaxy. I was fortunate as a child to cruise but in them days the ships were smaller, unfortunately I do not travel well on water! So after 4 cruises my Dad gave up on the cruises. My mum and Dad started cruising again when we were all grown up and had fled the nest. I would love to try one again but still worry about the travel sickness. I love mystery/thriller books too, my fave at the moment is Lisa Jackson! Thanks for the recommendations will need to sample your suggestions 😊xx

Your pullover is gorgeous that yarn is beautiful! And wow your whitmore is stunning! Thanks so much for the audible recommendation I was needing a new book so couldn’t have come at a better time! See you next time 😊xx
@In Stitches With Julie-Knitting & Crochet Podcast I have already started the murders son - love it so far as soon as u mentioned it I went straight to audible 🤣xx
Hello Julie, lovely to catch up. Sorry I think I confused you - I already knit my Birds of a Feather back in 2019. I looked at my notes and I found the decrease a bit confusing and I panicked that the straight line it was producing was wrong (but it wasn't). I'd give yours a quick steam press to see if you like it better once you can see the final effect, it's a lovely wrap. I haven't got as far as you with my Seraph as I had to re-do it in a smaller size. I am inspired to make the Drops pop over as yours looks great and I wondered how many balls to order? You made me jump when you said you must go or your tea will go cold because that was exactly what mine was doing - I was glued to your video 😂! Thank you for the audio book recommendation. I don't know if you know The Vanished Bride by Bella Ellis but it's on audible. It's based on the Bronte sisters who start sleuthing - it sounds terrible but it is really very good and it's in Yorkshire. Happy knitting, Teresa (aka Thistledownknit) 🧶♥
Hi Teresa thanks for the advice o the wrap , I will pick it up again , but not yet 😊. I only used 4 balls of the King Cole Galaxy for the slipover ( maybe you could get it out of 3 but one of mine wasn’t a full ball ) I love it 😊 I’ll have a look at that recommendation thank you 😊
