Readjust carburettor
Make sure your carb connection from where carb is connected to the engine intake , is secure and tight , any leaks will result in improper fuel ratio which will reduce engine pickup, power and mileage.
This engine is very sensitive to valve timing , make sure you have it adjusted properly.

Readjust your carb , and get your airfilter cleaned , this will solve your issue , also check the grade of you engine oil , this engine works best and strictly needs 10w30 grade oil for optimal operation.

get your tappets checked , and rockers arms aur cam ke bearing bhi check karwa lena agar vo theek hoo toh make sure ki apke chain aache se lubricated hoo aur sprocket gissa na hoo because usse bhi awaaz hota hai chalne me agar vo worn out hota hai .. and lastly agar tab bhi engine se awaaz hoo rha hoo toh ussko open karwa ke ander crank ke bearing aur piston ke connecting rod ko check karwana usske bhi knocking noise hogi agar ussme play hoga ..

Bro, I have cbz xtreme 2009 model I'm suffering from weird sound like kirrrrrrr from engine and it increases when engine heating up in running, so many mechanics said timing chain problem piston and piston ring problem connecting rod problem but till now no one given me a resolution, what to do? Pls advise
just get you cam bearings and timing chain plus timing chain tensioner checked. mostly in this engine these are the only parts with cause engine noise.

But initial pickup is good

But beyond 60 bike struggles 😭
Get your engine checked for smoke .. if your engine does not produce any visible smoke under load then , get your air filter cleaned ,check engine oil level and its quality ,check spark plug for wear if worn put a new spark plug .. and then re-tune your carburettor by some experienced tech .. but if your bike is producing smoke then i would suggest to get your head and piston and rings checked as when engine oil get burned the bike will produce blue smoke and will also burn engine oil this happens because your piston rings and your piston get worn out .. in that case you will need to replace your piston and rings plus head and valve guide work would be needed..

Alot of time these cables get jammed because of rust build up into them which makes there moment hard and ristricted ... Thats why it not allowing you to fully open your throttle ..

check ki apne kahi 20w40 grade ka oil toh nhi daala hai uss case me hi awazz hoga .. aisa otherwise morning me waise bhi first start me thoda awaaz har gaadi karti hai coz tab uske saare parts specially engine ke head tak oil aache se lubricated nhi hota hai but vo awaaz bhi max 15 secs tak hi aata hai ek healthy normal engine me .. ap apke bike me gulf ka 10w30 semi syth oil daaliye apko awaaz ka jo bhi issue hai sab shi ho jayegaa :)

apke spark plus wire aur cdi connections ko check karwaiye .. plus check kariye ki apke fuel line me koi crack toh nhi hai .. plus carb se jude hue saare moote waale pipes ko bhi check karna for cracks usse bhi problem hoo sakta hai.

Use choke for the first start in the morning .. and keep the engine running on choke for 1 min then turn off the choke .. this will solve your starting issue and if still you are havin trouble getting your bike started. In the morning then follow these steps :-
1 - make sure your airfilter is clean
2- clean your spark plug replace with new on if the spark tip is worn out .
3- get your carburettor tuned by some good experienced machanic .
If still you are getting problems getting you bike started then look in to tappet setting get those adjusted with all the things which i have listed above.

apke cdi ko check karo aur spark plug jissme lagta hai usske adapter ko check karo .. plus make sure ki aapke bike me air fuel waale pipes crack na hoo usse vaccume leak hota hai aur air fuel ratio gadbad hoo jaata hai ..

apka chain sprocket check karo bhai sapse pehle ... get your chain tightened and engine noise ke liye tappets aur rocker arms ke bearing check karwa lo aur tappets adjustment bhi karwa lena , agar itna karne se engine noise chala jaata hai toh well and good aur itna karne ke baad bhi awaaz a rhi hai agar 3 aur 4 gear me toh in that condition gears ko check karwana bhai ,, otherwise aise faltu me engine open mat karana :)

Thanks for detailed explanation, we have recently taken second hand 2011 Xtreme bike which is in good condition, but some time we see lillte white color smoke when starting the bike otherwise there is no smoke
What do you think should be the reason and what should be the solutions.

white smoke can be caused by one thing that is fuel not burning properly ....change your air filter first and then get your carbureter tuned by some experienced tech in your area .. make sure that the rpm neddle is stable at 1250 rpm at starting .. i hope this helps .. :)
