When I grew up back in the '90s, my grandma never bought breadcrumbs. She used cheap buns and dried them out. She didn't have food processer and anything fancy she just grated it on a cheese shredder. I always have dried bread heels and bits and bobs like that. It saved my silly butt so many times when I forgot to buy breadcrumbs. I need to make these recipes! Looks so tasty 😊💜

Thier grilled chicken sandwiches and smothered chicken is my absolute favorites but I can't work out what its seasoned with . They have an asiago pasta that is delicious. I was hoping maybe you could do different chicken dishes from different restaurants. The grilled chicken at Cracker Barrel is another great one. Everyone says the marinade is Italian dressing but while similar its by far not the same. Everything you've shown on here that Ive tried has been spot on. So I trust your judgment lol. I've never seen or been to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. There just aren't any nearby, not by choice.. Those cheese balls look delicious! Even better is that I can make them with Gluten-free ingredients (the flour, breadcrumbs and spices) so my whole family can enjoy them without leaving anyone out. I need to try these! Thanks!
Here's a bread baking tip. If you butter the top after baking, refrigerate leftovers right away. The buttered tops cause the bread to mold faster at room temp. During a hot summer, they can mold in 24 hours at room temp if you don't have AC. Best to butter only what you're serving or reheating.

When you add the salt directly to the yeast mixture, it kills some of your yeast. You get a better rise if you would put the egg, butter and first amount of flour into the yeast and then add the salt on top of the flour before you stir in.

Those rolls look Delicious! The Snakebites; I cannot eat anything that is the least part Spivey. My Husband is the same way. I am definitely going to try those rolls though. It won’t be right away; I got my breast cancer surgery. I really cannot do anything right now. I did save Your recipe though. Oh as far as My surgery went; it went well. It is just quite a bit of recovery time. For 2 weeks I cannot for anything! It is driving Me nuts. It has only been 2 days ago but I will work through it. I have made these several times. Very good! What I love about it is that you roll and cut instead of making individual rolls. Big time saver. I think the only difference in my recipe is that it says 1/4 cup warm water and 1 cup milk. I might try doing all milk next time.
I don’t like the Roadhouses cinnamon butter either. We always get plain butter. I usually place a to go order of a dozen rolls and take them home and make honey butter or have them with homemade jams. Yum! Now I’m going to try making them. I hope mine come out as good as yours.
We love Texas Roadhouse!! The steak kabobs over the seasoned rice is my FAVE. I tried a copy cat recipe for the rice last week and it was delicious! -and soooo much cheaper!!! Thanks for sharing the roll recipe. That might be on my agenda this week!

They put cornstarch I believe on the shredded cheese to keep it from sticking. I watched a youtube video where the guy rinsed it off for what he was making..and patted it dry... Maybe that will help.. I am going to make those rattlesnake bites but without the Jalepeno.. I can't handle any heat, anymore... They look really good!

tip if you rinse your preshredded cheese it takes the non caking agent off so it melts better.
