Your body is needed after awakening, because the whole point is to bring the kingdom of heaven to earth🙏. Going into samadhi and leaving the body is not the desired outcome, if it was, we would not be here anymore.

The message isn't that the body will no more be needed. But there will be a mental shift from body consciousness to soul consciousness.
As long as there's still life in the body, the body will be needed to eat, sleep and work the works of earth. But when you become fully spiritually awakening, there will be a shift from satisfying your body to satisfying the soul. The body just want to eat, sleep, have sex, drink, dine and wine which will never enable you to fulfill your spiritual journey on earth. We are all a soul on a journey on earth, and to fully achieve this you need to wake up to the consciousness of your soul.
