My favourite martial Art hero Jet Li, I have watched almost every Hollywood n Chinese movies of Jet Li. What a wisdom words n great inspiration by Jet Li.
Just want to say one thing. I would have never known who Mingyur Rinpoche was if it were not for Jet Li. We are big fans of Mr. Li, love him dearly and because of that, it led me to a video of Mingyur Rinpoche talking about anxiety and panic attacks, which I recently started suffering from after having COVID twice. It was severely affecting my life to the point where I was not even able to work some days, and I love my job, I work undercover in organized retail crime. I absolutely love what I do, and to not be able to function properly..it was horrible. This man helped me immensely and it was all because Mr. Li decided to promote Tibetan Buddhism. I'm not a Buddhist, but have incorporated these principles into my meditative prayer life. In my faith, we meditate in prayer, this just helped a bit. Thank you. ❤
Nepal is lucky to have religious leader who promotes peace, equality and stability of mind. If look at India, all the babas promote pseudo science theories, promote casteism and division among its own people. Huge love from India 🇮🇳

2012 - I had the privilege of watching nearly every Jet Li movies, marveling at his incredible acting prowess and God-given kung fu abilities. 2024 -My admiration for him extends far beyond his on-screen performances. Jet Li's remarkable humanity and commitment to spreading positivity have left a profound impact on me. His down-to-earth demeanor and wise words have ignited a fire of inspiration within me, filling me with newfound motivation and optimism.
How could someone be appreciated and asked so many questions without even watching him on the screen ...? I may sound rude but being factual after watching this whole interview. And one thing I realized in life , no matter where we are born, living and learning from any corner of the world could change the whole life out of it. Not just being a Buddhist, but for me, Humanity is 'Dharma' and love should be our 'Karma' to understand the simple meaning of any religion. 🙏Huge Respect to Holy Rinpoche and of course Mr. Li **my whole teen age period entertainer watching his fantastic skills in every movie he played.**

This question has been lingering in my mind for years, and I have arrived at an answer. Political and economic progress offer solutions to the external world, whereas understanding the spiritual dimension provides solutions to the inner world. Both elements are essential, creating a virtuous cycle when combined.
