Neonatal kitten bottle-feeding

Bottle feeding of 2-week old kittens with KMR. Best to warm the KMR (as moms milk would be warm) but not in the microwave. You can run a syringe full of KMR under warm water or let the syringe sit in a warm water bath.

@@Terratetradon they're not vets, read the bio of this channel, they're vet technicians on training. And he's right. I follow many kitten rescuers on instagram, some of them seasoned vets. They all said that baby kittens have to be fed on belly down position, the same position like when they nurse from their mama. Feeding baby cats while lying on their back posing risk that the milk will go down into their lung and make them choked and it could be fatal. It's baffling how they let those vet technicians did it the wrong way.

Please study Kitten Lady's channel to learn how to correctly bottle feed kittens. Belly down, control head, check throat to make sure they're swallowing. Etc. Thank you.
