I loved the Christmas wrapping paper insert idea to honor the privacy of your kiddos! lol 💗
Your videos have been so comforting lately. Thank you for sharing❤
I grew up in Idaho and we did this pretty much every year. It’s been fun rediscovering Hannah and seeing my hometown through the eyes of a transplant (and having it romanticized a bit!!)
That is fun. I love hearing others’ perspectives of my home town, too.
Probably the population was much less when you was a kid . Which takes to the next conclusion that less trees where cut out from the forest.
@@anna_m59 ??? This was and still is administered through the bureau of land management. There are strict rules on number of permits sold, height of the trees cut etc. The practice is actually good for the forest- it helps remove smaller trees which would be kindling in wildfires. I am glad more people are doing it!
I love the organic look of the tree. Can’t wait to see it decorated! I wish we had a Christmas tree farm here so we could cut ours down. But I live in South Florida. We only have palm trees.
Cute video! I totally understand how you feel about your baby waking up at night! My daughter was one who hated the bassinet and never fell asleep in it. Co sleeping was the only way she slept..and now at two years old she sleeps through about half the night but still needs help to get back to sleep in the early morning. It’s so worth following their natural pattern though and they are happier for it..even if those first years are so tiring lol.
Merry Christmas and blessings to you and your family 😊
Very cool Charlie Brown 🌲. A great tradition for entire family. Thanks for the good vibes❣️
Awwwww!!! "Perfect" melt my heart Cosmo!!!
Loved this! So cozy :)
Love this video. I grew up hiking out into the forest to find our Christmas tree.
This is such a fun tradition! My family used to do this when my mother was growing up, but they stopped before I was born. I always buy our tree from a tree farm.
Do you have a recipe for the chili that you guys ate? It looks delicious.
I love that I can watch your videos and I actually know where you are in them. I LOVE Idaho! I hope you do too. ❤ hopefully you got a permit first 😂
Yeah AG 1 its great kudos kid
Oh wow every hour still at almsot 6 months ? So thats a habbit now
Id try a zen bean sack and definitely the mini crib next to bed it will be hard for a few days but then so much peace for all. Once we did that he woke up maybe twice a night then down from there.
We thought co sleep was the right thing until we then switches him and realized we should have done that eariler . At 9 months ro his own room and crib
Is this legal lol, seems anti vegan to me.
I don’t mean to be negative but this experience sounds a little unlike Hannah. Because she is all about being gentle to the planet, etc but yet she’s cutting down a tree. 🤔 I was expecting Hannah to have a fake tree. Anybody else surprised by this?
They say fake trees are actually worse for the environment.
@@donucha how so?
@@ali_plzthey are made of plastic, shipped all over the world/country, sold in big box stores, etc…
In the west where we live, cutting down trees in the forest is actually helpful for forest management/wildfire management.
how do you not see that a plastic tree is worse for the environment ?
@@BelovedShakti I see it now, I just hadn’t thought about it that way. I’ve had a plastic tree for 10 years and I thought I was saving trees by not cutting 10 new ones. 🤷🏼♀️
Cutting trees every year isn't very vegan...
This is just saving the Forest Service some work. They go thru and cut down the little trees every year for forest health and fire management.
better than artificial toxic ridden fake ones that are even worse for the environment.
You can clean the forest floor to prevent fires instead of cutting trees... 💔🙏💚
What does this tree have to do with harming animals?
@@ejmcint no they specifically plant those trees for profit.
Not sure this was a wise choice. Pretty sure just going into the forest and cutting down a tree without a permit is illegal!! This is why there are Christmas Tree Farms. Not a good example to your followers or your children. Can safely say I am unfollowing
She says at 11:30 that they bought a permit.
She bought a permit and states it in the video.
