The reverend officiating our wedding forbid me from wearing the veil because I was not a virgin. YES, IT HAPPENED. He had even suggested that I should walk myself down the aisle, unaccompanied by my parents. He later changed his mind on that last rule. All that because we confessed that we had done it in the past, when we knew no better. Forget the fact that we were practising secondary virginity, trying to be chaste before the wedding. I thought it was harsh personally. It really hurts to be judged. No one is perfect.
When you accept Christ you are a new being and the old one is gone. In God's eyes, you are a virgin. At least that's my interpretation of secondary virginity.

This is quite interesting , heard some churches don’t marry expectant couples. But that type of idea in this time frame is silly.
