Sir carpet area can be useful for interior desiging, offcourse buildup area is enough, even though carpet area give direct idea no need to manipulate calculation of room build up area - wall area everytime. Just a thought

Sir..my electrician has planned the MCB box in the main hall..he didn't consult me b4 doing..just completed roof concrete...i need the MCB behind main door or varanda..any possibility to alter it (plastering not started yet)

sir, what about open terrain balcony area? and open ceiling/ coutyard area calculation, which catagory it will fall ?
one more question. if the no of rooms are more then the internal wall sizes are increasing or home with big courtyard? does this affect square feet price calculation with respect to build up area?
