You didn't mention anything about the catylist of the momentum for ND; Angeli's poise as quarterback giving them the first points of the game before the half; that was key to the victory.
He also, like everyone else, didn't talk about how ND dominated after halftime to the tune of 27-14 after being down 10-0. They all love to talk about how Penn St dominated the first half. But, lowly ND was lucky to "outlast" Penn St.
"Then ND committed pass interference to give PSU a 15 yard gain." - Correction. The refs called a terrible PI for the second time that game, resulting in points for Penn State, when ND should've been awarded the turnover.
I agree that Marcus Freeman is a great young coach, something ND has needed for a long time. However, it is not his creative schemes that are doing it. It's his ability to recruit. develop and guide young men to victory. As to the schemes, those are due to the best two coordinators in college football, Al Golden on defense and Mike Denbrock on offense. In fact, I think ND has the best complete coaching staff of this Century. Most staffs usually have one or two coaches who are relatively young and just beginning to learn their craft. ND has a solid coach at every position. That what's winning games, especially adjustment at halftime.
If you consider what Riley did against this defense you could call this one of his best games. He has as many passing yards in one half as he has in 4 quarters throughout the year.
He did not "slip". Greathouse broke his ankles. Both defenders were juked out of their shoes on that play. I swear, if it were Tyler Warren for Penn St, you would be saying what a beautiful juke move he made to put the defender on his backside. Give Greathouse some credit, dude!! He put both defenders down with great juke moves. Other than this, you make great points about ND's creativity. That and coaching has been the calling card this season for the Irish.
True story if academics were involved Notre Dame would win the national championship all the time. A majority of other schools definitely don't focus on academics as much as schools like Notre Dame Michigan and northwestern.
OSO plays the same type of Offence!!! Same Conference!!! as Penn ST. and ND dismantled Penn ST minus the Zebras!!! so now 10 days rest and recovery and OSU is Buttered Toast and were dipping it in the Lucky Charms ND 35 OSU 24
He didn't slip ffs. I'm so sick of hearing this. He put a double move on the DB and broke his ankles. Would you say a basketball player "slipped" when he gets crossed over?
@ yes we do bub. Chip has coached in the nfl… and day has the best record among active coaches. Marcus is in his 3rd year. Dnt be delusional. There’s a real coaching advantage here
Honestly as a notre Dame fan I have no problem in admitting this: We're either gonna beat Ohio State in a close game, or they're gonna beat us by 20. There's no middle ground here. Whether the Irish win a classic or get stomped into oblivion, remember this comment. And go Irish☘️🤞🏻

@GregGramelspacher thank you, they need to stop saying slip. Riley correctly said he sauced the db
He was magic they did not know where or what was in front of them except to see the TD behind them....
That DB is transferring from PSU now. Not a joke.
He slipped.

Don't forget about the first 7 point the zebras gave them on the 4th down and illegal, pick play..... but in the end ND rained gold....

The running back wasn’t ineffective. He was beast
He was limited too, according to head coach Marcus freeman jeremiyah love is “full go” for the national championship

Very good video using film clips, interviews, and good insights into the Notre Dame team. Great job.

Why don’t any of the videos match up with what you’re saying? Also, it’s Jayden (not Jordan) Greathouse.
I accidentally said that, and what do you mean it almost completely matches up.
Yall bout to find out what a good defense looks like. Go Buckeyes
Try watching some of this years Irish games this year; that's good defense!
I’m just sayin they have a 3rd overall defensive player on their team
Ohio Republikkkans don't deserve a championship. Sorry,
@PresPres23 One player is not a team Football is a team sport. OSU defeats came when they did not play as a team.
There should be several championships in division 1. Because Ohio State clearly has an advantage.
There are… the quarterfinals and semis are bowl games dude… u dnt know abt bowl games?😂😂😂
FCS is also Division 1, so there ARE 2 champions in D1, South Dakota St and soon, Notre Dame.
