I love the place, but that balcony is a disaster waiting to happen 😵😵😵
I know a guy that lives in one of these buildings. He says his mortage is $1600/month. Not sure how much he put down... Needless to say his condo is the size of the washroom in my apartment. The thing was 800sqft max. I feel like people buy condos just to say that they live in a condo... Youre really paying for the ammenities and nice appliances. Even though I personally HATE brampton, property wise its the way to go. You can get a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom and basement for 400k.
I pay $2200/month and my place shits on this building! Some people are just idiots. Unless you live/work right next door or something and or it's an investment property it is a waste to pay overpriced for this shitty building, does it even have a 24/7 doorman and other amenities? The gym looks like complete shit and the swimming pool is worse than a kiddie pool at the community centres. LA Fitness has a better pool. The washroom and interior looks worse than basements in Brampton which are 100x nicer than this whole 'pent house' pure shit.
Brampton is gross and car insurance is way too high.
MBZ How is it gross dummy? Unless you are a poor fuck with a shit car like civic and like to pay overpriced insurance, you can do that anywhere.
