    Great Video, High from Burao, the weed is called Pursalane in English and is a highly nutritrious plant and in Somali we call it (Cayo Biyood)

      Salam thank you for explanation. We use cayo in fish stew in Djibouti it s delicious

    Purslane. We eated in Djibouti specially with the fish sauce. Cayo is the name in Somali. Borama, Gabiley and Cerigavo pple eated as well. It's mixer of tart, sour and salty--that's how it tastes.

    Used to live in Botswana and zambia all the locals grow food on thier gardens I think we should learn something from this country.

    Yeah that's purslane. When my ex saw it in the garden she said pick it all. She's from Morocco. She cooked it. It was delicious. It's actually one of the most nutritious greens in the world.
