Power is still the one I'm most interested in. If I get her from pulls is great, but like you were saying for the Burst II slots there are other better units. But for those who are seeking a Defender or just for waifu purposes she seems decent at the very least.

Design/animation are decent but again could've been incredible as to overshadow any decent or lower quality kit. Will it be possible to limit break these Chainsawman characters after the collab event is over? Or do you have to max them out during the event otherwise you’ll never max them out? Seems like a potential waste of tickets and/or cash to pull for a character you can’t max out after the event is over, unless ya have cash and tickets to spare obviously.

The problem is its only good for trash mob stages like simulation room and campaign. Against boss stages like special intercept it's useless and will never proc. You're better off using admi.

I don't think her lifesteal will do much, especially in pvp when pierce won't help. Her HP potency could be quite big if there is another healer on the team (imagine pepper who also provides potency). So her skill 1 and 2 work really well in pvp, her burst works well when dealing with high density waves. I don't see her being good against bosses due to her invincibility only lasting once. So that leaves her a waifu pick, except that damn coat is in the way.
The dev know the commanders are horn* ass love seeing makima tight pants booty jiggle, hence they made the long ass coat as anti horn* barrier for makima hahahahaha

Well, unless she has a really fast charge or reload speed, I don't think she'll reach that tier. Her 3s buff is really prone to be expired whenever she do a reload anyway. I think she'll be on par with drake or laplace instead of scarlet

Yeah i did 1 pull for Makima got an SSR character but not her. Went to check their abilities better and realized Power is the one that fits PvE better. Now I'm focusing on Power.
This is the first time I have noticed that people are weirdly horny. I mean, it's disappointing but not that much of a big deal. I personally think that clothes are not to cover up the body but to highlight its beauty, and the coat suits Makima's style well so I don't have much problem with it.
