I saw him last year and he did Woke Up Dreaming as the ENCORE or LAST SONG OF THE 2 HR night! 😮He is fantastic. He was only one on stage and this was the only autistic song of the night. ❤
A truly great tune for a Monday morning. And did you notice how quiet the audience was when Joe was playing? They wanted to hear every note, that says a lot, without saying anything. Just shows you don't have to make a ton of noise to keep an audience attentive. Just GOOD noise. Acoustic Joe Bonamassa, an excellent start to the week. Good one Jeff.
JB....absolutely brilliant! Definitely my favourite guitarist who is still with us. Seen him a couple of times and yes he did do an acoustic number. Love his playing. I could listen to him all day long. 😁 Cheers and regards from England once again. 😊😎🎸🇺🇦
Joe Bonamassa is awesome. Another one to check out would be "Breaking Up Somebody's Home" live at the Greek. I think you'll like it. There are a bunch from his live at Carnegie Hall that are so cool Great reaction!
Yeah. That one's good as well at Carnegie Hall. I'm equally impressed Tina's playing. That has got to be one of his more unusual shows. Even does "The Rose".
This is a song he's always done in his shows since I first saw him in 2007 until about 2012 when did a shorter version of it in an all acoustic show at the Vienna Opra House which is out on dvd and blu ray. He went with a completely different band for that with some unusual instruments. After that he started doing acoustic sets of about 30 to 45 minutes before going into his electric set. The songs weren't all necessarily blues either. Check out the Tour de Force concerts that are out on video as well. So after doing that for about 3 years the acoustic band broke up and he went back to just doing electric shows. Also tribute shows to Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters and the three kings. Albert, BB, and Freddie King. Also a tribute tour for British Blues doing Clapton, Jeff Beck, and Led Zeppelin tunes. Check those out as well. On his last tour he brought back Woke up Dreaming after abandoning for a few year which I was delighted. I've seen him live about 22 times now. Going again in August when he plays the Rymen Auditorium. Thanks for reviewing this and I'll think of a few other artists when I get around to it.
I think k I read that his daughter was the drummer in a heavy rock band called aldious they were bad ass all girl band if you wanna check them out try the song luft live be well
Why view a video on music when you have to crank up the volume to max and it's not enough. Poster needs better equipment to get the best out of the music. I tuned out in first 20 seconds.
The volume level on both you and the video is shameful. How do you expect to draw a huge viewership when the production quality is this bad? Figure out a way to reach higher volume levels.

Agreed Bob!

It’s on the list Nancy, Thank you!
An Albert King cover song on his tribute to the 3 Kings tour.
He does a version of this song with cellist Tina Guo. Some evening when you have nothing to do, give it a listen.

Thanks a lot Jeff!
You can never have to much of Joe, his version of Sam browns Stop, the blonde backing singer with Pink Floyd, is great. Sams is good to.
I wanted to leave another comment. There are several concerts that are completely acustic.

Disappointing number of views again!!! ☹

Haven’t heard anyone else complain about volume levels. I can definitely make it way louder, but didn’t think it was needed.
