This is the first gay couple that I've seen where their gayness isn't being exploited & they're dialogue & situations are just like a straight couple. There has been no over inclusion of drag queens, only one scene from a gay nightclub in 3 seasons, supporting actors are simply mainstream actors with mainstream characters & storylines. They're sexual orientation is not a problem with the other characters (besides Oscer) it's simply an accepted inclusion & treated like the norm. It just goes to show that gay characters & couples CAN belong in mainstream media without alienating the very aspect that's giving them their indivuality. Very well written & acted.

It's the first time I've seen a gay relationship that isn't about tragedy, HIV or even self-hate. It's all about the desire for Zero to be himself, to be able to be in a relationship with Jude but finding it hard to cope with being in the limelight, to be Gideon and not Zero and how he deals with the pressure.
It shows the chaos this relationship brings in the lives of Zero and Jude that spirals around their relationship and their working relationship as agent and client.

I've never seen anything like this. They're such a beautiful couple! I've followed many gay love stories and this truly is the most beautiful and loving one. It's not something that can be explained, it just is.
I just don't like that they have so little screen time. Zude is the most popular couple and they do deserve their own show. Just have Zero be sold to another team and Jude following him.
Anyhow, STUNNING scene that I've watched over and over again! It was heartbreaking to watch Zero at the end, about to cry when Jude is holding him.

I love this pairing. They might be my favorite gay ship. This is because their romance throughout the show is depicted accurately and they're also an accurate depiction of a gay couple. They aren't the stereotypes that media depicts. They're simply two men falling in love with each other without the typical gay men tropes. This show doesn't follow the formula of making their story end in tragedy (at least not yet) and I hope it doesn't. I hope their relationship grows stronger.
I need something like this more on TV . Two men who are in Love ,that actually is in Focus of a show ( Don't get killed , Break up, leave the Show , or get HIV etc ) . Just true Love in the Series with little troubles you have in a relationship but still being there for each other, in the end . I Love VH1 for including this amazing couple in this Series . Also the Actors have great chemistry . I mean so many feelings in that back Hug just too cute .
I completely agree. My wish for Zude is that they become a power couple - Jude a super sports agent and Zero the new Team Captain - ( for once I want to see a gay couple that is truly successful and inspiring)

But these are only Recent "Couples " in TV Series . ( Also I mean if we talk about same sex Couples we also have Clarke and Lexa . Well they killed of Lexa . )

So wish they would bring back Jude and Zero in a new show focusing more on them. One of the best-written storylines I have seen in a long time and deserved more air time than it received. 2 phenomenal actors brought it to life. Brivo guys!! Bravo!!! inspiring and breathtaking dynamic on screen

Just watched the latest episode and these two are a VERY beautiful couple! I just wish that they could express their feelings more such as saying "I love you more than life itself" or something of that ilk. I need to hear those words in order to keep believing in this couple. They should be held to a higher standard because it's the first time we ever get to enjoy a gay couple as beautiful as this. I really hope these words have some value for the writers of the show if they actually read our posts.
For these two it's more of showing through actions that proves one and the other that they love each other. Actions speak higher than words and at times they do get sentimental when it comes to expressing through words. For me that's what makes this relationship beautiful.

This scene was so beautiful. They could have done a better job with the writing but Adam and Brent's acting was truly amazing. Their chemistry is outstanding.
Okay now I'm just going to come out and say something that has been really bothering me. I absolutely adore this couple. Like seriously, I'm obsessed with them. But some of you have to get a grip. You guys are shipping the characters, not the actors. You have to understand that it's their job to portray Zero and Jude as realistically as they can and they are in fact doing a great job at it. But Adam and Brent are straight and have girlfriends. So please try not to be too delusional and start assuming things like they have feelings for each other in real life.

A great representation of love, period. Like am sure we all went through the phase where we liked the drama (and maybe still do) of the couple getting together and breaking up constantly. But am in the point of my life where I swoon more for a Colonel Brandon than a Mr. Darcy. Jude and Zero's relationship, once it consolidated, was as easy as breathing. A calm sea. Let us all hope for a life partner that is as supportive of of you as Jude and Zero were of each other.

the season 3 finale was set up as the actual finale for the series since they hadn't been picked up for season 4 at the time. so they wrapped up all the stories in the last episode in order to give closer to the fans. season 4 only came out after the show was picked up by another network but half of the actors had contracts with other shows by that time i.e. Zero

The bar-bashing scene was pretty epic. Everything from the cinematography to Emmett's superb acting. Just talking about him makes me depressed because there will never be a character like Brendan Brady again, nor will there ever be a better actor to play him than Emmett. It is sad indeed.
