- Today was the babies' first sports day! We were blessed with the most beautiful weather...even if it meant I got the worst hayfever!! We all had to wear red for sports day so I pulled out my Iron Man t-shirt I got for Dre (5)'s Iron Man birthday party! We pulled into a nearby services to get some food as we knew it would be a long morning and Emilia (11) stocked up on ham sandwiches (her fave, lol!). Another mum gave me some red flags to wave and we headed to the event. It was so much fun and Lessi (7) and I competed in the three-legged race as well as the family race! Jonathan and Dre went together and Jonathan totally cheated 🤣 After sports day was over we came home to a clean house (yay!) and it was Friday aka pizza night! I washed the babies' hair and brushed out Lessi's before Jonathan & I enjoyed our own pizza night with Secret Diary of a Call Girl! That evening my hayfever was so awful...probably because I'd been outdoors most of the day! See you on Thursday! 💖

Aww thank you so much! 🥰🩷 It’s the new Canon vlogging camera - I don’t know the name 😂 But it’s shaped like a phone and has a flip screen. I’m rubbish with tech stuff but Jonathan bought it for me and it’s amazing! Only downside is there’s no zoom. 😅

@@AnnaSaccone in relation to your hay fever I used to get injection which were given in spring time before the HF Season and that helped also it wasnt just the pollen it was dust and mould in the air!! Go to a doctor and ask to get assessed for HF and other allergies next year. Good luck it helped me. But as always havent suffered for years and now omg its awful!!

U can get an injection for your hay fever hun , I wanted my son to have it but he wouldn’t as it’s a needle and his only 14 so his scared bless him but might be worth doing alittle research x

If you go see a doctor who treats allergies you can get a treatment to no longer be allergic it’s a long treatment (because it’s every day for 3 years) but in the long run it’s so worth it! I’m currently one year into mine and am doing so much better already ☺️

It’s been a minute & my girl Emilia is so grown/beautiful/cool. Just seems like yesterday she was in Italy 🇮🇹 trying to put Jonathan(who is wearing her headband) on the naughty step. Time flies man 🥰✌️
Anna you shouldn't have to suffer with hayfever and not be able to enjoy the summer! If your symptoms are mainly nose/eyes, try nasal steroid sprays that you can get over the counter (beconase etc) and use it regularly for up to 2 weeks. People give up because they don't notice immediate improvement but you have to try and persist. You can also get fexofenadine over the counter but a higher dose is available on prescription and it's amazing. I'm a doctor but also a raging hayfever sufferer, so I know the pain!
On your description I just read why you think your children are babies and there are grown up.

The problem with a stronger antihistamine is they tend to make you fall asleep which is great at night,not so great during the day. I have year round allergies but this Spring and Summer have been especially heinous. I hope you feel better soon Anna. 🙂🐈🐈⬛💖🌈
Anna, have you ever had allergy testing? It was very helpful, for me and my son, to know what we were allergic to. We took shots, for a short time, and that helped. Hope you feel better!❤
Anna you need Mometasone nasal spray, try to get a doctor to prescribe it to you! It's a life safer for hay fever. Also if you are always using the same antihistamines, try another for a while, cause your body can get used to them and they become less effective

Usually you can get washer fluid for car in gas stations at least where I live

I would suggest a Neti Pot or some kind of nasal rinse. I have terrible hay fever too and being able to rinse all the pollen out of my nose just makes all the symptoms calm down so much. Hope this helps ❤

Hi Anna, I know what you mean with not being allergic to summer goals! I started getting hay-fever after covid and had never had it before. I'm one for finding out the ways to treat things naturally and found a list of foods that can make symptoms worse so you eat less of them and then other food that help your body break down histamine. If you Google high histamine foods and DAO foods you'll find lots of info on how to slightly adjust your diet on the lead up to summer. It really made a huge difference to me. And if I eat something high histamine I know that day I might need an antihistamine or up the DAO food. I think you can even get DAO tablets , although I haven't tried them myself. Hope that helps ❤ thanks for the lovely vlogs. Been watching you since before Emilia was born and checked every few months to see if you were back. I'm glad you are 🥰
