DAVIDTAYLORISACUCK I just checked the docket : a new Judge has not been assigned after Kerr recused himself. The motion hearing that was scheduled for 8.28.20 has been rescheduled to 5.21.21. Trial scheduled for June 2021. That’s a tight / messed up scheduling order ... the judge needs time to rule on the motion before trial, so the attorneys know how to prepare for trial, so I’m not sure what the scheduling clerk was thinking. The new judge will come in and fix it, but, nothing will happen until May. I haven’t seen something pushed out NINE months when a new judge comes on. Lame. Wish I could read the recusal order to see why Kerr took himself off the case. Can you image how MAD Lewis / mansion owner is?? 9 months more to wait.
