It is worth buying the remaster (or whatever you want to consider it) especially if you either never played more than the demo or it released before you were old enough to play it when it 1st released. The 1 thing I liked about the remaster is the ability to rewind/save anywhere so Phoenix moutain wasn't as annoying.
In my opinion, it is worth buying if you like side scroller/platforming games and it has more of the story than reach the end of the lvl. Yet now that I played both the original and remastered versions, I want to play Tomba 2 if it also gets remastered 👍
Tomba was and still is such a gem, its so good.
