- Did you know? The world’s first robot citizen-Sophia was brought to TiECON Chandigarh 2020 by Grazitti Interactive! Alok Ramsisaria, CEO of Grazitti Interactive, that develops AI-powered products like SearchUnify, a cognitive search platform, had an interesting keynote where he asked Sophia about the future of AI and robots.
In an interesting conversation, Sophia, who recently turned four, stole the show with her understanding of technology, entrepreneurship, human emotions, and her sense of humor.
The humanoid robot who has traveled to more than 60 countries, addressed the United Nations, and has also been to an array of fashion shows, greeted the people of Chandigarh with a ‘Sat Sri Akaal’. Sophia also added local expressions like “Balle Balle” and “Chakk de fatte” in her conversation and expressed that she’s excited to be in the city that’s “Le Corbusier’s masterpiece.”
Displaying her knowledge of who her audience is, she congratulated Alok on his company winning the Stevie Awards.
“I happen to have my head in the cloud,” she said, implying that she accesses information that is there in the cloud and knows quite a lot.

Yes , as a Ai developer I can can tell how she manages it. Its not so different than us. She does assessment about her strength and weaknesses and try to correlate information with human loved things.... Like cake or Bollywood...you saw her saying for ex that she wants to dance like sharukh but she cant. So still to a large extent she is programmed and not a independent thinker like humans but this is just beginning of AI and for beginning its impressive

@@devarena9130 I am saurav 11th grade , I thought that "MACHINES don't think" instead they work on large no. Of preprogrammed conditions. Reason: Many times I have tested Google assistant and found that for a particular input to it , there are few inputs which it understands (for the popular topics) and only one or two for rare conversations. So I started thinking that MACHINES are just preprogrammed and more the no. Of test conditions, more it looks like human like(flexibility).

When it comes to machine learning or AI it also is running on code but not fully preprogrammed...it runs on aggerigate probability like graph patterns which are trained to draw conclusion on data set provided....basically internally its linear algebra combined with convolutional network that help machines to learn patterns, numbers , letters, data, pattern in voice or spoken word etc
