I’ve noticed that my extreme independence and inability to accept help or ask for help pushes people away….my fear of being a burden to others is so deeply engrained that it actually causes me to be isolated …I hate it

It’s astounding how the universe aligns when we are willing to heal and change.

Dang, thank you for this video. The distinction between experiencing vs expressing a feeling is so, so helpful. And how that relates to self blame.

I was never attracted to Narcissism. I have internalized echoism, but was very blindsided when those who claimed to care turned out to be malignant Narcissists. I realize that I am a target for them, but am learning to see the signs and stay away.

Could this work well in conjunction with EFT tapping and/or EMDR/IEMT Bilateral stimulation?

Anyone know someone that talks about echoism that is rougher or cruder? Not saying it’s right or wrong but this typical soft talk doesn’t work for
