I would love to have the plates from the Syracuse china set. The plates are absolutely gorgeous. I would not sell them. I remember the aluminum tumblers we had them in tall and mid size with the pitcher. We had crocheted stretch bands that we put around them because they would be so cold,we couldn't hold them. Memories.
Hi Lillian...don't you just love all the memories? I also grew up with the aluminum tumblers and pitchers xo :) I can still see the "frost" that would accumulate on the tumblers when they were very cold...smart mom you
It's so fun watching your vids. I love it when you come up with stuff I either have now or family did have as a child. Those gumbo bowls we had 2 sets of 4. Long gone now... I almost spit out my drink when you told how much someone wanted to EBay

I have memories of using the colorful Kolor Craft aluminum tumbler glasses as a child, back in 1957-58 with Fizzies drink tablets! Drop a Fizzie in the cup and add water - it became a Koolaid-like drink with effervescence. Thank you for this video.
