What I would suggest is my Strawberry Shortcake recipe/video on my channel. Not sure how large you want it to be etc.... When I make a larger shortcake cake base I make 4 batches. Thanks for subscribing and taking the time to write.....:)

did you use fresh squeezed lemon juice? thank you
