This is what I used... www.summitracing.com/parts/big-53605flt It's getting harder and harder to find them though with the exhaust police worrying companys like they do 🥲
Currently running Flowmaster 50's, just swapped out original 40's. Check out this video where i compare them side by side... ua-cam.com/video/h2UrBbNA9FQ/v-deo.html
I don't have the bypass tubes after my h pipe and the 2 pipes are the same what can I do to fix it and my h pipe hangs low I only have ramps and jack stands and jacks
You could take it to a muffler shop and get an "H" welded in. I wouldn't worry about it hanging low unless its dragging the ground. Make sure the h pipe is in the hangers like its supposed to be. Thanks for watching!
You might build you a couple sets of cribbing blocks out of 2x4. There are several videos on yt. I have a pair I've been using for years and I love them.
Best sounding 5.8 I've ever heard. Nice.
Thank you!!
Sounds perfect! Soundtrack of the 90's.👍🐺
What brand is that h-pipe and who did you buy it from sounds good I need a h pipe for my car

Thank you!!! 👍😀
"Is it too loud?"
In Borla Stinger: "What??"
Sounds great. I just had that done to my 92. My motor is stock though
Thanks! And thanks for watching!
Where did you get that from. I’m looking for a new exhaust setup in my 89. I still have the smog pump on mine
Got it from summit. Here's the link: www.summitracing.com/parts/big-53605flt
@@ThisOldFarmShop thanks! The previous owner went and got a wtf exhaust work done to and it sounds terrible.
That's a shame! Sounds like you are going to do it right! 👍😊
woww sounds amazing!!!
Those tubes between the H pipe and mufflers fit nice. Which brand or part # were those?
I bought them from cj pony parts... here's the link: www.cjponyparts.com/exhaust-flow-tube-aluminized-steel-2-1-2-pair-mustang-v8-1979-2004/p/EX42890/

Hey brother! Awesome video! Curious what you are running for headers on this to go with the H-pipe?
How's it going! Currently it's running bbk 351 conversion shorty headers.

Where did you buy the h pipe?

I checked, it's still there but currently on backorder. I had to wait 2 months to get mine...
@@ThisOldFarmShop isn’t that one for long tube headers? I wasn’t sure
@@Harlemcars That's the one that fits shorty headers. 👍👍
Hello, which brand is your new H pipe?
Flowtech. www.summitracing.com/parts/big-53605flt Thanks for watching!
what flow master series/model do you have on there?
Those are the series 40 mufflers. They no longer come in a kit, you have to buy them separately.
So does it already have holes for the o2 sensor installed? On summit it says it doesn't come with them
Hmm. The one I bought already had the O2 bugs installed...
You didn't take me,🤣🤣
Neighbor Tim!!!! You'll star in an upcoming video! 😂👍
Face it the 5.8 has much more fatter torque curve than the 5.0! That's what your feeling down low to mid-range!
