A Personal Story

Danielle Berman, a Vancouver-based social worker is on a mission to encourage discussion around mental health and suicide, and help to remove the associated stigma. She began her epic bike ride in mid-July, 2014, in Vancouver and ended in her hometown of Dundas. She shares her family history and personal battle with depression.
