    Add a function where it should dispense water during power cuts, (not talking about RO system operation) would be great if the water tank is transparent by design.
    Afterall we pay premium price and we want full control over it and not the opposite!!!!

      Please don’t buy.. they don’t have proper service for their own product. This is second time I’m waiting for service, it’s been 6 days with no updates. First time, I waited for 8 days, no one visited my home at all

    my native m2 sensors are working automatically....this is a typical problem that I am facing now....It is automatically activating and getting stopped...I have installed it today....I need to voice customer care assistant immediately so that they can help me out ...

    Hello UC,
    Planning to buy either M1 but M2 seems to be appealing. However the issue with M2 seems to when there is power cut, what is the backup plan, how will we get water if there is no power?
    Are you planning to release next varient were this issue will be reaolved?

      @@sahilsehgal7963 the water outlet tap got broken easily. They have don’t have replacement parts. It took them more than a month to find a solution.

      @@UrbanCompanyYT आप की कंपनी के कस्टमर सपोर्ट टीम का नंबर पब्लिश /या अपनी App. मे contact number होना चाहिए.
      ये Mail वाला बहुत पुराना सिस्टम हो चुका है. हम आपको मेल करेंगे, फिर replya आया तो ठीक है, Otherwise कुछ सूचना दे कर इशू बंद कर देंगे.
      Problem solve नहीं होगी.
      तब तक कस्टमर पीने का पानी कहा से लाएगा..!
      Call service होती है तो आसान रहता है, आपका technician कॉल पर प्रॉब्लम solve करवा सकता है, और कस्टमर को भी satisfaction मिलता है.
      Customer care number to hona hi चाहिए..
      Otherwise don't buy it 's products..
