First time for a while, I read the comments before watching the video, which is not harmed by 'spoilers' at all. In fact it helps enjoy the noted moments more.
Absolutely love how Alex was shanking people left and right this season. xD Reminding Greg how shit Kiells attempt was, pointing out the weight of Frankies artwork and so on!
I feel like it would have been so easy to take a stack of books or CDs or something, arrange them in a line, and have them fall over like dominoes. Just start off with a thin book or CD, and keep placing bigger books in a row. The bigger they get, the more impressive!
Started watching this show with my ex. Finally watching again after 8 months since our breakup. I’ve been avoiding watching or doing anything we’d usually do together because it just brings back old memories over the 3 years we spent together and makes me sad knowing shes no longer in my life. One of my favorite series nonetheless 😅
I mean they did do that all with a single breath, with their engineering of the pipes and end goal achieved, it isn't "only a single breath does the impressive thing". Like you can argue doing a big breath to exhale to push someone off a plane who does 10 backflips is impressive. It fits the task
The premise behind it is, but that golfer was either an actor or a member of production stepping in to help Frankie's bit. Plus, if he was a real golfer, even if he somehow hadn't seen Alex and Frankie behind the wall, he probably would have noticed the multiple cameras.
I wonder could I have gotten 5 points for playing the Ode to Joy theme on the recorder in one breath? Do any of them know a woodwind or brass instrument?
Mae's is pretty good, but it could have been improved with the gong that Al Murray borrowed instead of that xylophone. But absolutely nothing is better than Frankie's.
The diff btwn present day US and UK humor is that here in the US, much to our comedic detriment, you can't say to a lesbian, "Great beavering," without getting cancelled.
How did she win that, she could have just let the ball go, it's called gravity, given the size of the ball bearing and the tube she dropped it down the breath will have had no real effect on the results and simply letting go of the ball bearing would have achieved the same result.
For some reason, throughout the season, it seemed that Greg had it in for Frankie, AND also incredibly favoured Mae. I found it a bit annoying in the end. (Oh and I don't know for certain, given that I've never listened to the podcast, but I'd lay money the "golfer" was a ring-in.)
He's a member of production certainly yeah. You can tell because there's a camera above the fence and a camera in the grounds looking at Frankie and Alex. But the ideas still funny, and lots of contestants have used the crew as standins before.
Of course he is an actor, you think in the 20 minutes that they got for this task, they just happen to find someone nearby who is setting up for golf. Also, what would be the point of ducking if there is a camera pointed at the golfer.
Yeah, Mae's actually pretty funny in other things I've seen them in. But not at all on this Taskmaster, which is part of why I don't like this series that much.
This is worse than tik tok. None of these numb brains thought of breathing fire by spitting alcohol? Ida been like get me a bottle of everclear and a lighter 😂
Frankie walking in and grabbing the task before Alex can blow it over is an underrated moment
i dunno about "underrated", the audience seemed to enjoy it.
Hilarious 🤣🤣
It's genuinely the only thing I remembered about this task! Poor little Alex Horne

Let's be honest, Kiel didn't blow that ball and neither did Mae, they pushed the ball in the pipe and the ball slid down.
@@gabe-i4wMae placed the ball in the pipe and it didn't move (as far as I can tell by audio) until they blew into it. I think they managed to keep it just in place until they blew.
Kiell slowly losing his mind in the studio over this task is one of my favorite moments of the series
The funny thing is, he didn't go ballistic at Frankie over the whistle getting more points!

No, Mae's result was 100% the result of gravity and 0% the result of a single breath.
Is that a man or a woman?
So we are not going to talk about the comically-cartoonish throwing of the bricks out of the shed by Kiell?? 😂😂
dropping a basketball on "fancy glass" and not breaking anything... is impressive
“I need to find a dying frog” 😂
Shouldn't have been too hard- most frogs croak regularly.
We are all born with a death sentence
Alex face walking away 0:45 😂😂

I don't think Alex has ever actively cost a contestant points more than he did here
It would’ve been amazing if someone took out an aztec death whistle, a trombone, or started singing opera
Honestly, I found it really impressive that none of the glass broke from the basketball
4:45 watch alex pet a void demon.
Good catch, I almost didn’t spot it. I wonder why they decided to stitch those two takes together
they likely pause for the live audience, but that doesn't pace well for live TV. it's just removing dead air.

1:50 that is utterly creepy 😬
funny though
Why is that creepy? It just seems funny to me. Am I missing something?
I’d give Ivo points for not breaking any of the glasses
Kiel did his thing with a single breath. First 3 didn't do anything. If you're gonna be pedantic...a single breath did it.
Exactly. The task didn't say "you have one attempt".
If you want to be pedantic, he lifted the pipe and it rolled in. He did it with no breathing whatsoever. But it was funny and at least 2 points imo

Ivo and Kiell is a duo that needs to be explored more.
I always thought Mae's was mostly gravity but the setup is impressive
It was still only a single breath. I personally think they should've got 5 points. What they did was the most Taskmaster shit a person could do.
She didn't actually blow the marble though - she blew on it as she dropped I down the pipe 😂
Leave it to Frankie to pick chaos.

The conversation makes the show really.
I adore a Task Master, and can only hope this means you're gearing up for the release of the next series.
The funniest part was the lineup of Fire Officers. Second funniest was Franky laughing at his own antics.
milkpowder and a pvc tube or a funnel over an open flame, dragon's breath people ....
