Been producing for almost 7 years, but still learned from this helpful video, keep em coming!
Awesome! Glad you got something out of it! Definitely more videos on the way!
Really appreciate all this info dude. Very good of you to put all this up for free.
Thanks for the feedback! I'll be releasing more soon. :D
thank you sir
Great stuff, keep it up
Thanks! I appreciate your feedback!
Thanks for the concise info! Do you need an interface such as Focusrite in order record dj mixes from a pioneer DJM S9 into Ableton?
Not necessarily, you can use the input on your computer. Having an audio interface will sound way better though, and if you decide to start making music in Ableton it will run much smoother.
Could you pass the list of plugins you're using or make a video about them, please? (I'm an absolute beginner.)
Hey Ivan, I did a video about my 5 top plugins for producers. Check it out on my channel page! Thanks for watching!
Can u do dj mixes in Ableton Standard?
Yes you can! You can make them live in session view or make mixes in arrangement view.
@@DJCouchKing ..I'm using Ableton intro now..But I'm upgrading to Standard or Suite..Trying find the right one thts beats for Building dj mix and edits...thanks bro
Standard should be good enough for you to make DJ edits and mixes. Suite is only worth the money if you plan on producing too IMHO. I did a video on how to do DJ edits, check it out!
@@DJCouchKing ..I'm looking to get into beat productions well...So will Standard work or should I jus go for Suit and call it a day..
You can always upgrade later, but if you’re going to be producing I think Suite is worth it for the extra samples and instruments. A producer can never have too many sounds in their arsenal.
