Hatsune Miku is the character with the green twintails and is the “personification” of a particular vocaloid software/voice bank. I understand that someone wrote software allowing you to program the animation as well as the vocal performance. I think this performance is using a projection on a clear screen. Last year the singer Ado mentioned on Twitter that she was experimenting with Hatsune Miku and I think she even did a duet with her. Ado has certainly done some Hatsune Miku covers.

vocaloid basically works as a sample based synthesiser, the original voice provider records all the phonemes in the chosen language and then you can alter them as you wish in the vocaloid software. so in use theyre more like a synthetic instrument with a character attached! anyone can use the software so theres a huge range of artists in the scene, and the big hits will be included in live shows like this one. shes a holographic projection with a live band. theres an endless amount of vocaloids, other vocal synthesisers, and even homemade voicebanks called utau. hatsune miku is just the most popular and recognisable. if you liked this song, i recommend dance robot dance by the same producer nyatualien

cada banco de voz tienen su personificacion debido a la popularidad que tienen y una forma de identificar las voces, por ejemplo los primeros vocalois leon y lola no tienen personificaciones por lo que cuando los mencionas no sabes si hablas de los primeros vocaloids o de personas random, ademas una de las formas de cubrir la demanda es con eventos asi y si no me equivoco es del magical mirai 2017
