Looking nice. If your going to touch up the paint work, I would suggest you drill out the tank cowling mounting holes just a tad (not the actual threaded holes, just the cowling) It allows the cowling to move about a bit under the expansion/contraction from the sun's heat and stops the cowling from fracturing around the bolt holes, common problem (and don't tighten the bolts down to much). Also sand the back side edge of the tank cowling where it gets close to the tank (bottom side corners just above the frame) they always crack there because the cowling ends up touching the tank and pressure will crack the bottom pointy bit off at the lowest side bolt, common problem. Then you can touch up the bit you sanded. It`ll take 15 mins to do the lot. The cowls aren't to easily available and cost quite a bit. Bit of preventative maintenance could pay dividends. High level Triumph TOR side pipe. Sound to die for :) Excellent motorcycles. Mega future classics, there's nothing like them.
Hope so George, but used car prices have gone crazy, and it's tough to find anything suitable for the channel right now, but I'm looking everyday so stay tuned 😁
Great Speed Triple 955i - not sure if you still have it, but here's the Paint Code in case you want some touchup paint made: NEON BLUE DUPONT RF 2511 T3120300-JO

The fork travel look very limited... wonder if they did the job properly when try to lower it
No idea on that, but seems to ride perfectly well 😉

Hi I think I was the second owner of that Triumph 👍
Hope it wasn't you who put all the garbage on it Alan 😂
@@Budget-Cars-And-Bikes no it was stock then😂😢
Noice
The T509 is an 885cc
Only up until 2001 I believe, then changed to 955i engine , this has the T509 Dash with the 955i engine, which was just on the turn I guess 😉
Sorry I didn't hear you mention what you paid for it.
All revealed in the second video ride along 😉
@@Budget-Cars-And-Bikes So top secret info and you can't tell me. lol
@@DaytonCarCare just want you to watch the second video too 🤣 it's uploaded so enjoy 👍
@@Budget-Cars-And-Bikes Or just tell me
@@DaytonCarCare Without watching it back myself, I can't remember exactly, but I think it was around £1400 😉
Not gonna mention it's been lowered then
Not sure it has? felt the same as any other Speedy 955i I've owned, unless I'm shirnking in my old age! (apparently that's a thing lol)
Mine died at 50,000miles.
They never die! you just put in another engine 😁
