I bought my GSX14 new out of the crate in 2001 and still have it now. I bought the grey one because I knew I wasn't going to keep it standard and the blue/white (shell suits) were 2 a penny. I still love it and ride it regularly and i've changed nearly everything on it paint, brakes and lines, metmachex swing arm engine mods TTS Cams and on. It's a keeper I'll be buried on it lol.

How do they compare? I got a phenomenal offer right now for a low mile GSX final edition in pristine condition 😅
I’m also interested in the RS, but that is about triple the price and I wouldn’t see why to pick it over this GSX

      Good Morning
Gsx not as manouvrable as Rs.
Rs is the better bike for solo riding but, for carrying a pillion the Gsx wins.
Rs about 20% above the gsx as a better bike maybe imo.
It's not worth 3 times more I think...
Can get early Rs for 6 to 7k now...seen some 1400's up for 5 or 6 though.
1 thing to remember is gsx getting bit older now, though parts etc plentiful.
      Truth....both bikes are great!.🎉
      Safe rides...🤙

@@GeRoni Totally different bikes of course, but I've had both, and as a daily ride the GSX is hard to beat, and the value is still amazing!

@@GeRoni Buy the GSX, it won't always be available. The Z900rs you can walk into any dealer and buy one.

Nice vid, nice bike mate. Paid 5K for mine 4 years ago (with 17 thou on the clock, now at 27) like to think i would get most of that back IF i ever sold it, but not planning on it. Its just too good a bike and so much fun to ride.

They tend to go between £4k and £5k now, more for low mileage mint examples of course, but I was offered a near mint model today, 2003 lots of extras, £3.5! so if you look...... bargains are out there, and it's a hell of a bike at £3.5 😀

    Those mirrors are very rectangular.
You need to post a video "I taught my 4 months old puppy to ride my GSX1400 motorcycle." You would get 5M views by lunchtime on the day of release.

Ive had my black one 14 years. Still love it. However my F1 or fault indicator light is on. Did a diagnostic and it is the secondary butterfly motor that needs a bit of solder on it. Apparently a common fault. Nice video.

Ive had mine for 16 years , cant find anytime that come near it for vomfort speed plus nearly 200 miles out of one tank . Race it through the fears or just stick it in 6th at 1500 revs & open itup & it just pulls & pulls . Its a keeper.

Really no need to pay for the extra high end fuel - most bikes and certainly Japanese stuff is actually designed to run on 87 octane (91RON) fuel with a min of 10% ethanol
There isn't a UK only map where 98RON is going to give you oodles of extra power and extend the life of the bike by 50 years; it really is pointless
Putting anything else in is simply a waste of your money - you're not protecting anything
However, if it makes you happy then I can't imagine Shell shareholders will complain

I do it as I've seen stories of fuel line degregation using E10 - The general feeling is it's fine for bikes 2011+ but older bikes can suffer. Esspecially if left in the systen for any period of time, Winter Months etc etc 😉

Further to your comparison of the number of views for different videos - I imagine more people watch some love island or dancing nonsense than would watch a moon landing if it broadcast now. It's not you, it's the state of humans now. I'd rather watch your videos 😉
