That death animation in the river is still, to me, one of the most skin crawling ones I’ve seen. The way her hands frantically try to push herself back off the pole is so unnerving.
Realistically she wouldn't be able to do that considering there'd be spinal damage with something that thick going through the neck, and that's not even considering if the point of entry & exit either hit the cerebellum or put immense pressure on it, her body's nervous system would immediately shut off. Realistically IMO she wouldn't even move much with an fatal injury like that. However if it went through her chest, then yes, I could see her trying to push herself off the spike.
