This video is a tearjerker. Cycling saved me from becoming an alcoholic after my mother died in 2004. 17 years later and I can still say my bike is my therapist. Keep up the great job you're doing...it give true meaning to "ride or die."
Thanks Jen, mountain biking is helping me heal over loosing my dear mom, I am still grieving for over 2 years now but my turbo levo is my medicine especially when I reach on top of a huge hill with a view for me to be in the present and to look at the future so thank you for your motivation.
I sure do relate, I love to ride more than anything. I have no access to a bike anymore and it kills me everyday!! I feel like my best friend died or something. Part of me died for sure. Losing my son was the worst possible thing ever!! I used to ride to stay connected with him thats all i had! :-( if i could have anything in the world it would be to ride with him!! I wish all 3 of my kids and i could ride!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful message! You inspire me and I hope for you to inspire many more thank you!
Cycling insists that you clear your mind of all else. Focus on the road or trail, otherwise you'll have an accident! I find cycling is a great way to "get away from it all"
Specialized is the new Nike it seems like. Marketing at this level is amazing...it IS marketing and it IS profoundly moving. I commented on another video where people where like "but the $12k" (crux) and the kids...really?" that well specifically it turns out the money (NOT to buy a $12k bike but right now I JUST go into gravel and bought a $1300 diverge...yeah swapped out those calipers that don't actually slow you...but had magical bike times now that changed how I view cycling...after a lot of roadie stuff before...and I thought I knew...I didn't know). It's time...it's people. So Specialized (like Nike) can do both...blow our minds with these stories and give us warm fuzzy chills about their brand. This is our world it is what it is and if local, regional, and national (I'm in the US) gov't cuts all the programs then we have to step up more as individuals ("we" were always the important ingredient...people's times). That was my money point the money is crucial but our/your time like her time she's putting into this...that ain't billable right?! (haha). The time we give is what makes the difference. And companies doing this shines a light on it and it helps..win-win.
Cycling alone on a quite morning is meditative.
Cycling in a group and chatting all along the ride is therapeutic.
Jatin Maharao on point 🤟🏻

Profound thoughts on survivors feeling distant from their own bodies. What important and life-changing work. Best to her.

People can't be Angel. She is not an Angel. Cycling or specialized are not sacred. Allah is the one and only God
