When the entire band looks like they were bullied in high school you know the music is about to slap
nah they where the ones bullying cmon now
@@brench2236 na they look like they werent popular but also everyone liked them and they did there own thing, isaac loos a bit like he might of been bullied just coz of his anxious persona
Weezer and Radiohead are another example lol
@@zackzallie8735 Bro have you seen Scott Shriner, that dude looks like the king of school bullies lol
car seat headrest
So sad about Isaac leaving, this band is genius.
hope he feels better soon
Genius indeed. This kind of band doesn’t come around very often.
For the last 2 hours I just sat here and watched every BCNR Live Video I could find.
I cant get enough of this Band.
That’s what I’m in the middle of doing, cheers!
Geniuses
Me too.
Literally what ive been doing these past few weeks. Im so late!!
Literally what ive been doing these past few weeks. Im so late!!
the absolute pinnacle of british engineering
Black Midi and these guys are amazing
Don't forget Squid
@@zekedimblebeesquid r shit
Black Country, New Road-one of those rare bands that can only get better.
without isaac: i dont see them surpassing this, unfortunately
Good to see the crowd really having it
the crowd is a big mix up ..all kind of people ..most just go to any concert they can go
Crowd having it my ass
Not to judge or anything but I can’t believe a bunch of 50 yr old men really r into bcnr
@@patrickrainey305 you clearly didn't realise I was being ironic, which is ironic
Ed Bartlett oops
why is every comment section on videos like this just people telling everyone all the bands they know
hipster behavior 🤭
this band sounds like one band and another band did drugs, or something. had a kid maybe.
Welcome to /mu/core
Talking heads. Radiohead. Another band named after a Talking Heads album. A band that sounds like Talking heads named after a Radiohead album.
they think they james murphy
I keep coming back to this every few weeks and somehow feels like listening to it the first time every time. Absolutely phenomenal performance so complex and satisfying to watch.
isaac's vocals on this are awesome
does it feel to anyone else as if he's fucking around a bit with the vocals on purpose? its great it has a very fuck-you vibe, considering the totally uninterested upper middle class audience
Yeah I love it
They were bobbing a bit on the 2nd part, i wouldn't say they're totally uninterested idk
i mean you say it as if there a working class punk band, but they are all upper middle class and posh lol, they met at music academies and boys schools....
Love these geeks so much
okay but Charlie is really grooving on the kit
It’s all my favourite elements of Joy Division and The Fall in one band. UNREAL
Listen to Fontaines DC
@@georged4578 love fontaines dc
Listen to murder capital or girl band
lol
Joy Division? Hahaha what 😂
The drummer in arsenal shirt represents me more than he thought
this band has future!
ye it does
They're so lucky to see bc,nr with isaac, i hope i can see them with this line up too
Not my favourite performance of this song on UA-cam. Anyway, this is fire. I can't wait to here an album 🤯
what is your fav if you don't mind me asking?
@@lukaslove8079 the "stolen sessions" version of this song is amazing if you havent seen it. I barely love the studio version than that session, it's really good.
@@WoolyColdie sweet will check it out
I would love the videography of this version with the energy of some of their earlier live gigs. They seem tired of it all.
Godspeed!, you black emperor
Are very good, but no.
Very different.
It sounds like Cardiacs playing a Fall cover, might be one of the best things to exist ever
Amo este video con toda mi alma
I am invincible in these sunglasses😎
Isaac...man...are you ok
Turns out he wasnt
@@katecurtis-hawkins6476That's something people would say after a way more tragic outcome, hope he gets better and we're able to see him again 😢
The sons of Van Der Graaf Generator !
AMAZING
Why the audience all dads
Maybe the crowd is entirely their parents, ready to give them a lift back in the volvo.
@@caspar01 Leave his daddy's job out of this
Cos we all loved Talking Heads and Gong the first time round. Seriously loving this sound though!
forgot the drummer from ugly is in this band, legend
think hes left now to focus on bcnr but yer sick band
Turn the sax mic up goddamn it
how do they/would you produce that high pitched tone that plays behind the drone in the intro
Brilliant 👌🏻
This is absolutely astonishing. Fucking great!!
I’m 61 years old, huge music fan forever, and my kid introduced me to this band. It’s so tragic that Isaac, the heart, left. They’re remarkable, beyond belief. They were like nothing else. The current incarnation is meh.
Although I do agree that they were much better with Isaac, their new material is pretty cool to me. I think once they record those songs in studio it will be much better.
I will certainly check it out, thanks! But I hope he rejoins at a certain point, he was obviously the heart of the band.@@davidk05
Hope your arm heals up ok 😮
I can lift it over my head now, thanks. I love you my darling.@@pilarzj
This band is so fucking clever
The Bohemian Rhapsody of post-rock. I love how elevating this song goes.
More like bohemian crapsody
@@Slime-Man-Extreme oooh damn
I don't know why but I'm feeling a bit of a Joy Division vibe emanating off of this, as well as Slint from Spiderland.
Celestial Morning Light maybe even a little sonic youth mixed with bauhaus apathy vocals
i dont see it, they actually know how to play their instruments
Yes this is the first comment I've seen comparing them to slint. It's what I immediately thought when I first heard them.
@@flaherty5090 anything where a white dude arpeggiates a guitar on medium bpm: slint
I know why it's because the guitar riffs sound exactly like ones off spiderland.
Reckon there’s a hint of Mogwai to this👌
the first half of the song anyway😄
I get a bit of maybeshewill from them too. Great stuff.
Gavin Rye not heard of these but looking forward to checking them out, thanks😊
for sure, especially the licks, they both build out into the band really well. and the tone on the lead, ‘twas one good thing they did on the mixing side for this set.
Dit is alleen sunglasses 3voor12
Awwww
Hola
I prefer this live version over the studio one
Wonder why the changed the lyrics from 'and fuck me like you mean it this time Issac' to 'and burn what's left of all the cards you kept', preferred the former version
You influenced Blackmidi....john l

its all out of wack zach
I see what you did there
listen mack when they started amplifying the concerts in this town i was right down the front and there were some big fellas down there, flash shoes, and i told them look the bass is too loud, the gals can't dance to that in their heels, and let me tell you they weren't having any of that at first, so i went right over to the biggest one of them, fella went by the name of screwball
I am a huge music fan, I'll listen to anything really and have over 13,000 songs in 14 categories on Spotify covering many many genres. And I'm telling you this is shit.
Wow a true music intelectual like you can't be wrong! It's not like other people have a different music taste than you
@@Heinos_music Correct on both counts! It's true my musical intellect is huge and other people having different musical tastes to mine should, of course, be illegal. Added to which I am a huge huge cunt!
Hold on everyone. Andy has 13,000 songs. He knows better than you.
@@flidmosfilms3989 True dat!

Pretentious art school shit.
Pfff hahahahaha
what music do you listen to?
Aww look at you.. so brave
@@denimobi9825 haha you like shit music.
@@arthurjones369I get it, is really afonic, but people really enjoy it, so if you don't like a song just stop hearing it, that's all.
