you can use the 2018 sound files in f1 2019. From what I heared F1 2019 uses the same file structure as 2018 so you can use the same sound files (.bdl files) under audio/2018/bundles in F1 2018. This worked pretty well in the previous games too. The path for F1 2019 should be then audio/2019/bundles + you can still play multiplayer. only changes in the f1_2019_vehicle_package are detected for "cheating" which makes sence.
Touti Aït definitely sound more realistic to me. A bit more subdued than the 2018 sounds, but they sounded just fake to me. Along with the improved graphics, the sounds make F1 2019 look and feel closer to the real thing imo
Here’s the point. The sounds in F1 2019 are actually more accurate even in upshifting. People that like upshifting in F1 2018 may do so cause it actually is more aggressive, fit more for a race car. But here is the other point. It’s NOT how the F1 really sound even though you like it, it’s only the way you would like real F1 to sound like the good old days with agressive upshifting and downshifting (V8, V10 era...) So guys, you may love sounds in F1 2018 but don’t try to convince others that it is more realistic than F1 2019 and go listen to a real F1 engine with some POV :) You’ll learn that actually, upshifting isn’t aggressive at all unless there’s a hydraulic failure or whatever.
The 2019 cars sounds like it's barely revving. They just need to make it sound more aggressive, like it should. Both games still sound like it doesn't have a transmission or an exhaust though.
This year's more realistic i think, idk why people keep complaining about the sound, just to remind you guys, in real life, they use mic exhaust, so the sound is better, just hear the honda for example, they sound very similar to real life, just watch real life onboard with the toro rosso, because redbull is using the mic

In 2019 i hate the fact that the cars dont go 13k RPM (i mean they go but when they downshift they go to 11k rpm while in 2018 you went on 12k rpm and right away on 13k rpm) like codies really messed up the top speed of f1 2019 cars even tho their rear wing is way bigger and adds drag but in real life the cars are still faster in the straight while in the game cant even make 200mph without the help of a really powerfuler slipstream ive seen 1 of aaravas career mode videos in baku and he was going 192mph on the mainstraight with an alfa romeo full throttle, like the f2 cars are faster in the straight it seems lmao xd
I have gotten the Red Bull Honda and Mercedes above 200mph at most tracks, so I don't know how you're setting them up and driving, but it's clearly the slow way.
I have no problen at all getting over 200 in f1 2019, i chose williams and was hitting 200+ with no developement. Hit 215 at Monza. I really take time with my set ups so that may be why
