Deanne! I am a full time streamer at the moment, huge fan of dance music. I have seen hooping many times before and figured it'd be a great way for me to get off my butt in between streaming. I wasn't sure I would get the hang of it (25yrs old and never hooped!) and I probably would've given it up too, but after watching your tutorials I've fallen in love with you as well as hooping! Thanks so much! Great work!
+Albatross X3 I am so happy to read this message and super glad you keep spinning! Thank you for watching I hope they are helpful to you and inspire you to find your own style!! I started when I was 30 and can totally say age does not matter! Thanks for this rad message!! xx
Thank you thank you thank you! All your videos help me so much to take my practice/dancing one step forward. Your explications are very clear and sometimes it/s exactly what i need to untrick the trick and unblock the block ahah :) You are fantastic!
I have been all about that 3rd variation since I saw this tutorial- I sneak it in everywhere! So many of your videos give me little bits of inspiration that send me on to big changes, not to mention big bits of inspiration as well, haha. thanks for your content!
i was so excited i went searching on your channel specifically for this move and found that it's really hard to do with a 29 inch hoop which is the size i'm most comfortable with :/
Yeah, I agree on the mild ick factor of the word “smear” ~ I really like how you’ve been using the word, “orbit” instead, lately! I hope it catches on, hahaha!
omg, we SO have to change that name. haha. every class i end up starting with "umm... i didn't name this, but this is what people call it..." I know the struggle :P ... i think i may start a "rename this move" movement. :))
+Brecken Hoops for years I called it something else so I am so down with a less "invasive" name but WHAT??? Ha! I wasn't sure if it was you that named it even though you really put this family of moves on the map...didn't wanna blame you for the errhhh eeewwwwness!
You are an amazing teacher! You break each move down into easy to follow steps and explain them thoroughly. Thank you so much for these videos.

A lot of times a smear (or schmear) goes on a bagel in california.
I just love you
How the hell a playlist of ABBA songs lend me to here?
I call this the iso-flourish - does anyone else??
