Deanne Love you probably have the best hooping videos out there!! One thing that's helped me is remembering to keep my hands above my hoop while my elbow is catching it in the front

I don't know much moves being how I just started and hearing both directions I kinda panicked a little because I don't know this yet and I'm gonna start messing with this and possibly add a regular smear to the no handed as a variation
+Esther Trimmer :) I wash it with Evo brand shampoo called The Therapist au.evohair.com/collections/hair/products/therapist-calming-shampoo and use organic Argan oil then let it dry naturally. I had a keratin treatment done at a salon that has made it really smooth. I have naturally wavy or fluffy hair so minimal heat and messing around with it is best.

I use a hoop that's too big for me to do any tricks, what size do you recommend and would one from the store work until I could order one?
