Hi everyone! I'm a professional makeup artist and bodypainter, and I just wanted to quickly talk about the Kryolan setting spray. It's a very good and heavy duty product, it contains alcohol so when it dries up, everything is locked down in place. I usually use it to set a bodypaint, but it can also be used on the face (I personally use it on myself). At first, the skin feels tight, almost as if you couldn't move it, but after a little bit that feeling goes away. I've used it with brides and it's totally worthy. Things to have into consideration:
    1) Since it contains alcohol, it could dry up your skin if you use it constantly. I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use.
    2) It's a flammable product, so it should always be used under precaution.
    3) Be careful not to spray it on your eyes, nose or mouth. Whenever I use it on the face, I use something to cover up those areas just to be safe.
Hope you find this information helpful💜

Could this be the same theory be why the drag queens told me to use hair spray to lock in my make up??? Thanks heavens I have good skin so I never had any ill reaction's. I wad born in 1989 so when I was in high school eye primer, make up primer and setting spray just wasn't a thing in existence UNLESS you had a license to buy theatrical make up stuff. Back in the day I had to use lotion on my face including my eyes as my "primer" and hair spray as my "setting spray" 🤗 Oh girl you best believe I always followed what my mom taught me which was skin care is top priority or else your skin will look like bad no matter what and to take off make up I used ponds cold cream and I always washed my face along with using witch hazel toner. Nowadays I use alcohol free witch hazel😅🌅 -Mercy(sorry for the name confusion I am on my dad's phone at the moment)

This is totally random, but I wanted to thank you! You completely transformed my makeup routine. I used to follow the “beauty influencer” methods and kept wondering why I looked so cakey and aged, when they looked so stunning. HOLY POWDER AND PRODUCT. I now use absolutely no powder, outside of my eye shadows, and my skin looks so much more natural. I feel so beautiful in my own skin! xx

The Kryolan setting spray caught my attention. Would you mind doing a review on it and a 8-12 hour wears of it? I have really oily skin as well and this feels like it would solve a lot of my problems. It costs a lot in my country because it's essentially imported. So I would love to have your opinion on it before committing. Thank you if you're able to do so

I use the kryolan setting spray from time to time!
It was a "nose foundation life saver" during the heavy mask wear times throughout the pandemic!
It doesn't feel heavy or weird after it dried down.
In the beginning it does feel a bit like hair spray 🤣

i've seen so many of you and your brothers videos at this point and i just want to say i'm GRATEFUL. i thought foundation looked bad on me, concealer wasn't meant for me bc it would crack, and a ton of other things. then i realized i was listening to techniques taught on Instagram, techniques that you talk about and explain why they end up looking weird. i'd see makeup artists literally PAINT on foundation and saw that it worked for them, and compared it to myself thinking makeup just wasn't for me because it never worked and looked bad in real life. thank you for showing us the things you do, because now i know what i'm actually doing!

Please do a tutorial for an oil slick eye look!! That sounds absolutely stunning! Would you use a base of black eyeliner/eyeshadow and then maybe mix 2 or 3 shimmers as a topper (if you don't have a duochrome or multichrome shadow)?
I completely agree with the mixing liquid tip - I just got the Mehron one (went for it because the Inglot Duraline is super pricey and Smitha Deepak did a mixing liquid comparison video in which the Mehron one did pretty well) and I am completely crazy about it! I am trying to find a great (cheap) rainbow/neon eyeshadow palette to really test it out and do some funky Pride/neon/UV reactive looks as it looks like soooo much fun!
