I'm really playing Lacrosse in the wrong country lol. We have to buy all our gear by ourselves. Since most people don't even know about Lacrosse in Switzerland, it's nearly impossible to find sponsors.
Can you get one of your teammates who is a defender to do a gear bag video? I can’t find any good defense gear bag videos. Or Atleast have them show their stick builds.
i wonder how much research went into what size is teh best for the head of the lecrosse stick because i feel like defenders should have bigger heads by a 3rd or half and goalies another half bigger. I also don't know why defenders and even offensive players don't were pads because they are always docking out of the way of shots and id were pads so i could block them with my body. Same with goalies they should were pads because i know i would because i think they would play with more intensity. But i find many times their positioning is horrible and that could be cuase they scurrd or they just don't have teh knowledge.

I have the same knee brace, I’m 8 months post op and i dont like the brace, its very hard to get a full stride in
