Just installed my C210 today and find jerking issues when horizontal panning. Do you see this as well?
Did you record it in 3MP? Actually, the footage does jitter even without panning it but I noticed it's just the playback. The actual recording doesn't have this issue. If you switch the recording to Full HD, there won't be any jittering issue.

Hi, is it possible to store recordings in the cloud instead of SD card? Because to VIEW recordings with SD card, you need to remove it and connect it to PC right?
The records on the SD card are actually accessible through the TP-Link Tapo app. So you don't need to read from PC.

As long you configured the Tapo C210 with an internet connection, you can access the camera anywhere anytime

Yes you can, all you need to do is to share the Tapo acc ID on the app

It's mono audio so don't expect high quality 2 ways calls. It's enough to notify someone they are being monitored
i understand that it has motion detection. Does it has auto tracking/panning? ie when it detects an object moving, will the camera follow that object?
Unfortunately no. It only does manual pans and tilts through the app.

Hi and thanks! Will the camera wipe my old footage like 1 day at a time or does it wipe the whole sd card? What is a typical life span of a sd card while 24/7 recording? Thanks again!
It would wipe the earlier footage like a cycle. Life span of a memory card depends on the memory size, reading and writing. Typical memory card that used on dashcam should last you easily 5 to 10 years. Do remember to format once every 3 months.

what is the difference between c200 and c210? Can it be used outdoor under a shade?
The TP-Link Tapo C210 has a slightly higher resolution at 1,296 compared to Tapo C200 at 1,080.
Can the motion detection feature be enabled on a certain schedule? Like night time only
If you watch the video, I did mention about schedule recording regardless of continuous and motion
Can this connect to Samsung Smartthings and can the SD card be managed from the app, like clear the SD card, delete any footage and so on?
Unfortunately it doesn't support Samsung SmartThings. You can use the app to manage the footages like preview, downloads and even format.
In case either the power goes off or the internet goes down for a few minutes, is it able to reconnect automatically when they come back?
Yes, it should auto reconnect
Is there any cloud storage service for this camera? If not, how to get cloud storage for it?
It will store on the memory card. You will be accessing the memory from the application. Thus Internet connection is required to use it

No it doesn't, it requires power and internet

Yes you can. As long the camera is connected to the Internet.
Can it record without wifi? Like the recordings will be stored in the local storage sd card, just like the car dashcam works. I knew that to setup the camera at first, of course need to connect it to the internet but after we set it up, and no internet connection, will the recording still going in and stored in the sd card?
Unfortunately no, the camera would require an internet connection to backup and retrieve video from the camera.

Yes it will continuously record when detected movements until out of frame

@@ajaysinghthakur540 This is very subjective, it depends on your router WiFi signal. I tested on TP-Link Archer AX73, it still able to connect 2 floors apart.

this C210 (SGD45.00) is a 1 user control 2.4G wifi camera, only allow to add 2 users but they unable to control, view only.
Xiaomi 360 2K pro (SGD58.00) can add more main users, with 5G wifi, full colors video during low light & night vision
You are absolutely right, some users don't want others to control the camera instead just for monitoring access. BTW the Xiaomi 360 2K Pro price indeed value for money if you have the extra to spend

@@gemsperez of course you can, you just need to register Tapo account, ask the person who configured the C210 to add your registered email address for permission to access to the camera. Do take note, there are some function limitation

I have this camera & i am so disappointed.it keeps on freezing no matter how good your connection is..you have to reset & refresh it over & over in order for you to watch the feeds..Not recommended 👎👎👎👎
Possible due to poor Wi-Fi coverage and the Wi-Fi signal is not reachable? So far I did not encounter such issue. Also, do check your Tapo C210 has the latest firmware. Cheers mate!
