Ah, I remember this week's episode. Just hearing this again pumped me up so much. It's unbelievable what Taiki and X7 did in just a few minutes! It made the series good again.

the digixross evolution gives pretty much infinite possibilities in combinations then DNA digivolution does, pretty much one of the reasons i like this series, i've seen some pretty good fan created digixrosses too.
Simply put, DigiXros is a new take on the DNA from adventure 02 but with more than just two digimon at a time! Xros Wars is worth watching that is for sure!

@AzureGhidorah I don't think there's a limit on the number you can have within a single xros, but since only one can be used to xros from the xros loader at a time, it would take a while to get to X4. Taiki would have to xros Ballistamon with Shoutmon, then Dorulumon with X2, then the Starmonz with X3. That's the way I understood the rule, but I could be wrong; after all, they've never xrosed more than 2 digimon at a time in digiquartz except by double xros.
I guess so, but still. As I mentioned elsewhere the -general- Lucemon Mega form is invincible unless you attack the lava, which is what got me since there was no Lava. But regardless, everyone again has their own opinions and I am not going to dispute yours. I still hate the fact they defeated Fanglongmon so easily...essentially because of what Fanglongmon is suppose to be.
I admit it, Xros Wars isn't good as previous series, which in this series their abandon on evolution, but when I read the manga, I think Xros War will be better than now if the anime follow story on manga and tell the reason why their didn't have evolution as previous series...
I mean yeah obviously. Dub only had one useful thing for me and I found it in a cable summary of the episode in question so that negates any need to watch said episode anyways meaning I never had to watch any of the dub.
To be fair most of Japan show has great insert song but we American has a hard have actually songs are shows especially those that originally in Japan they probably worry about copyright that why don’t use it or make English and we don’t even our American own songs to make it stands out on it own it like most of our animated cartoons we just ways to say Japan is better huh

@haircut74 I believe it was specifically stated that you can only have two digimon active maximum, and that had to be in the form of a Xros. Think to Gumdramon/Arresterdramon's xros's. They only call out "Xros Up" instead of naming the Xros something specific based on the digimon lending its strength to Gumdramon/Arresterdramon. Neither does he follow Shoutmon's trend of numbering the Xros. Besides, if it was possible, Taiki would've been able to form x4 on his own, not needing Shuu.
My only problem with the Xros Up naming is when they Double Xros Astamon and Arresteddramon it should have been D-Xros Up Arresterdramon which they didn't do

I totally understand what you mean and do agree with you. I am still not sure if Shoutmon X4 is Mega or not, X4B defeated Lucemon. However, I think we can also see this as the multiple Digimon universes theory that several series show (including this one). They may have defeated a Lucemon, but not THE Lucemon that Susanoomon defeated. Pretty much like Saver's Dukemon, Omegamon and Magnamon are superior than in other series. As a whole, Xros Wars is, IMO, the best series of all (except TBLTT).
Digimon Xros Wars was a scuffed in some ways like the story writting at some points or the complett last third of it which was just glorified Pokemon ..... but DAM if this show delievers it delievers HARD!!!! I always was disapointed how they ditched the early episodes creativity and strategic for bigger Digimons with the time but this - yeah this is kinda worth it.
@ChronomonHM Maybe but in my opinion even though Metal Greymon is a DigiXros of Greymon and Mail Birdramon? (i can't remember the name of it) the fact that he evolved further means he should no longer be a 2 in 1 Digimon but 1 single Digimon from the evolution.
People have various reasons. My main reason is two things. The fact they completely abandon levels, next the fact they ruin quite a number of Digimon, such as Lucemon and Fanglongmon. The idea -is- good, but it wasn't executed too well imho.
The Lava? You mean the Larva? I THINK they killed the Larva from Lucemon Shadowlord Mode, might be wrong... I agree with you in everything. You have to change your Digimon Cosmovision to enjoy this series. The rules are SO different.
@bripam15 Think about it why would they jump from using Sparrowmon who makes X5 to not having Sparrowmon for X6, it wouldn't make sence to take out one Digimon who was actually apart of the formation. I mean it'd be stupid to remove for example Ballistamon and added another one when he was part of every Shoutmon X(number) form or even worse and remove Shoutmon completely and still end up with a Shoutmon X(number) form.
Next year is Super Sentai 45th anniversary so i hope Toei make anniversary Season like Gokaiger and make insert song like this song with the name of this song is We are Super Sentai.

I agree though, pure clusterfuck of a digimon, but, then again, my favorite shoutmon xros forms are shoutmon x3 (ironically not x4) x5, and x3SD from the super xros wars games. And, just quit worrying about the dub. A dub is only as strong as the dubbing company and not all english voices are dumb. Want to hear dumb english voice acting, look at half if not 75% of jrpg games that get english voice acting. It is to a point of Narm.
