Ingredients and preparation:
1 large potato.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
fry over medium heat until golden brown.
1 carrot.
fry over medium heat until tender.

Parsley.
5 eggs.
add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
whip for 4-5 minutes.
add a pinch of salt to the yolks.
